PHYSICS, Class XII, Part-2, Chapter-10, Wave optics.
The apparatus is designed to study waves. It consists of a metal frame provided with a transparent acrylic tray and can be used as standing bench model. This demonstration model can be used with an overhead projector or as an economical model. An illuminant unit is provided for illumination of ripples. Ripples are produced using a small motor fixed on a beam. Power supply has one continuously variable DC outputs from 0-5V DC suitable for the vibrator motor & one AC output 12V, 21W is provided for illumination.
