LETTER FROM THE M.D'S DESK

Dear Teachers,

It is my pleasure to give you what we believe to be a very useful set of educational equipment to teach some basic and not so basic but also advanced science in school, colleges and university level of education.

We have worked tirelessly to try various experiments in science and mathematics teaching from various curriculum like CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, British Council, State, Central and International Boards, develop them so that they work with the Indosaw equipment we introduce every year, develop instruction manuals, photographs and videos for easy understanding of teachers and students. Most importantly, though, the main emphasis is kept on science learning fun.

We invest heavily on research & development to introduce new innovative science educational products that gets added to our yearly catalog, making something new and world class with premium raw materials, and finally checking, packaging and shipping it, and this has been made possible by the combined efforts of more than 300 In-house employed people that comprises scientists, engineers, skilled technicians, science teachers and science graduates. We are proud of our glorious past and group founder The honorable late Nand Lal who started manufacturing in the year 1919, was himself a science teacher. Not only we strive to produce some of the high grade, world class educational equipment but we get involved, add our enthusiasm, innovation and produce some excellent experimentation. Our inspiration is our customers, buyers, worldwide Agents, teachers, schools, colleges and universities.

Indosaw has been reinventing science education for the 21st century and has made great achievements in the science and educational field. About 50% of our sales is exported to various countries. Indosaw products are designed, developed and manufactured In-house, this gives our customers an advantage of flexibility of one point contact for all their manufacturing needs. All Indosaw products undergo a variety of tests during manufacturing process starting from research, design, product development, production phases, quality control and a drop test before dispatch.

We have a modern high standard manufacturing set up spread across 300,000 sq. ft. area based at ambala, India that includes R&D Department, Design Department (having CAD facility with Unigraphics and pro-E), Production house (with CNC Machinces, computerised Vertical Milling Machine, fully automatic plastic injection Moulding Machine, Precision machines shop), fabrication shop, Electric assembly shop, Electronic assembly shop (with Orcad, Microcontroller Programming, Application Software, PCB Phototyping), latest paint shops (powder and liquid), packaging department (puff packing), sales-service department, sales department, accounting department, marketing, Human Resource and dispatch departments. We believe in forging lasting relationship with our customers, agents and distributors.

Indosaw has also expanded 2nd plant at Roorkie and a Marketing Office In New Delhi. Indosaw is one of the first company in science education business to get a TUV Certification for manufacturing of quality science products.

We have developed equipment that will allow you to do as many different experiments as possible and some of the equipment will spark off ideas of your own.

However, we hope that the special attention is on fun and the students doing as much as it is possible to do. We don't want the equipment to become like a treasured possession that never comes out of its box and stays spotless and intact for the rest of its life. Just like a useful book the equipment should be used over and over again by the students so it stays useful.
